A neighbourhood café and bistro rooted in slow mornings, honest ingredients, and the belief that a great meal is worth sitting still for.
Maison Brûlé began as a small corner spot in Le Plateau with a single espresso machine and a dream of building a place where people could slow down. Today, we source our beans directly from three family farms in Colombia and Ethiopia.
Every dish on our menu is designed around what's in season, what's local, and what tastes honest. Nothing more, nothing less.
The cortado here is the best I've had outside of Barcelona. The space feels like it was designed for long conversations and rainy Sunday mornings.
I come here every Saturday for their avocado toast and a flat white. The staff remember your name. That's rare and it means everything.
Hosted my team's monthly breakfast here three times now. The private corner works perfectly and the seasonal menu always impresses clients.
We take reservations for parties of 2 to 20. Walk-ins always welcome for café seating.
